Metrcs is an all-in-one marketing dashboard built by Flow Digital, a marketing agency in Bali. It brings your ads, website, search, email and Instagram numbers onto one page per business, refreshes them every morning and saves a weekly snapshot that tells you what changed and what to do next. You open one link instead of six platforms, and the numbers are already compared with the week before.
What does Metrcs do?
Metrcs collects the numbers that matter from each marketing platform and lays them out the same way every time. Every business gets its own dashboard with a page for each channel, plus an At a glance page that pulls the headline numbers together: ad spend, impressions, clicks, website sessions and enquiries.
Each number sits next to the period before, so you can tell at a glance whether things are moving the right way. Small trend lines show the last few weeks, and every page lets you switch between the last 7 and 30 days.
Which platforms does Metrcs connect to?
| Platform | What you see in Metrcs |
|---|---|
| Google Ads | Spend, clicks, conversions, cost per conversion, search keywords with quality score |
| Meta ads | Spend, results and cost per result for every Facebook and Instagram campaign |
| Google Analytics 4 | Users, sessions, key events, where visitors came from, twelve months of trend |
| Google Search Console | Clicks, impressions, average position, the search terms people use, branded vs non-branded |
| Klaviyo | Recipients, open rate, click rate and unsubscribes for every campaign |
| A posting calendar with views, likes, comments and which posts were boosted |
Metrcs has read-only access to every account. It reads the numbers and never changes campaigns, budgets, posts or settings.
What do you see when you open Metrcs?
The first screen is At a glance. Across the top are the headline numbers for every channel, each with its change against the previous period. Below them sits Budget this month, which shows what you've spent on each ad platform, what's left, where the month will land at today's pace and the daily spend needed to finish on budget.
At the top of every page you can switch between two views:
- Today shows the latest numbers, refreshed every morning with everything up to the end of yesterday.
- Weekly snapshot shows a saved copy of a full week, with Key points written in plain English (what's working, what's slipping, what to note) and Work on this, a short list of next actions ranked by impact. There's more on how that works in weekly marketing reports.
Every weekly snapshot is kept, so you can open any past week or compare two weeks side by side.
Who is Metrcs for?
- Marketing agencies that report to several clients and want every client's spend, budget and alerts on one screen. See Metrcs for agencies.
- Freelancers who need professional client reports without spending a day building them.
- Business owners who want to know what their marketing is doing without learning Google Analytics or Ads Manager.
- In-house marketing teams who need one place for every channel their managers ask about.
How is Metrcs different from building reports yourself?
Most teams report in one of three ways: screenshots pasted into slides, a spreadsheet updated by hand, or a Looker Studio dashboard someone built and now has to maintain. All three take time every week, and all three break when a platform changes its metrics, as Google Analytics did when it started calling conversions key events.
Metrcs arrives with the pages most businesses need already laid out. Budget pacing, month-end projections, weekly key points and ranked next actions come built in, so the report is ready every morning and nobody has to assemble it.
Is my data private?
Every business gets its own login and only ever sees its own numbers. That check happens on the server, so one login can never load another business's data. Dashboards are kept out of search engines, and clients can add theirs to their phone's home screen, where it shows with their own logo. The privacy policy has the details.
