Terms of use

Last updated 24 October 2026

The short version
  • Metrcs is a reporting dashboard we provide to our clients as part of our work together.
  • Keep your login to yourself and your team, and don't try to get into anyone else's dashboard.
  • The numbers come from Google, Meta and the other platforms. We present them carefully, but those platforms have the final say.
  • If your agreement with us says something different, your agreement wins.

1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of metrcs.co, app.metrcs.co and the Metrcs dashboards ("Metrcs"). Metrcs is provided by PT Flow Digital Asia ("Flow Digital", "we", "us"). By signing in or using Metrcs, you agree to these terms.

Metrcs is provided as part of a service agreement, proposal or retainer between your business and Flow Digital (your "agreement"). If anything in these terms conflicts with your agreement, your agreement applies.

2. Your access

  • We give your business a login for its own dashboard. You can share it with people inside your business who need to see the numbers.
  • Keep your login details safe, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has them. We can change your password at any time.
  • You're responsible for what happens under your login.
  • Access lasts for as long as your agreement with us, unless we agree otherwise.

3. Fair use

Please don't:

  • try to access another business's dashboard or data, or get round any login or security measure
  • copy, scrape, resell or rebuild Metrcs, or use it to build a competing product
  • interfere with how Metrcs runs, for example by overloading it or introducing harmful code
  • use Metrcs for anything unlawful

If any of these happen, we may suspend access while we look into it.

4. Connected accounts

To fill your dashboard, you give us read-only access to platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta and Klaviyo. You confirm you have the right to give us that access. Metrcs only reads from these accounts and never changes campaigns, budgets, posts or settings. Any changes we make to your accounts as your agency happen under your agreement, not through Metrcs.

5. About the numbers

  • Figures come from third-party platforms and are usually refreshed once each morning. That means they normally run up to the end of the previous day.
  • Platforms sometimes revise figures later, measure things differently from each other, or have outages. Totals in Metrcs can therefore differ slightly from what you see inside each platform.
  • Currency conversions use published exchange rates and are a guide only.
  • Metrcs is a reporting tool, not financial, legal or tax advice. For billing and accounts, rely on the invoices from each platform.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Metrcs available and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. We may improve, change or remove features over time. If a change materially affects what's in your agreement, we'll tell you first.

7. Ownership

Your data stays yours. Metrcs itself belongs to Flow Digital, including its design, code, layout and the Metrcs name and logo. Using it doesn't give you any rights in it beyond using your dashboard. You can share screenshots and exports of your own dashboard however you like.

8. Confidentiality and privacy

We treat your reporting data as confidential and only use it to provide our services to you. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we protect it.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • Metrcs is provided "as is".
  • We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. This includes losses from decisions made using figures in Metrcs.
  • Our total liability connected with Metrcs is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Ending access

Access ends when your agreement ends, or earlier if these terms are seriously broken. After that, we handle your data as described in our privacy policy. If you'd like a copy of your reports before access ends, just ask.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We'll always try to sort out any issue directly with you first. If we can't, the dispute will be settled in the courts of Denpasar, Bali, unless your agreement says otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top when we do. If the change is significant, we'll tell our clients directly.
